1 - I saw Abu Hurairah meet Al-Hasan bin Ali and he said to him: Uncover your stomach where you saw the Messenger of God kissing him. So he uncovered his stomach and kissed it. In another narration, he kissed his navel.

Narrator: Abu Hurairah Narrator of Hadith: Al-Haythami - Source: Majma’ Al-Zawa’id - Page or number: 9/180

Summary of the narrator’s ruling: Its men are the men of Sahih, except for Umair bin Ishaq, who is trustworthy.

There is no need to reject it at all because it is evidence of the companions’ love for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), to the extent that they would search for everything that the Prophet had touched to touch it as long as it was permissible and did not violate a prohibition. Abu Hurairah kissing Al-Hasan’s stomach, which the Messenger had previously kissed, is not prohibited, as the furthest that scholars have gone with regard to a man’s private parts is between the navel and the knee.

As for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) kissing his grandson’s stomach when he was young, it does not require a rational rejection, but it does require a psychiatrist to treat the mental distortions of those who have suspicions about such an incident.
