He explains it to us saying:
Judaization aims for the proponents of this trend to link themselves to the old Jewish law, and to integrate Christianity with Judaism, so that the Gospel becomes the old law improved and completed. They consider Christ merely a prophet, and the second Moses. They deny and ignore his divine nature and his functions as a priest and king. These Judaized Christians were in reality Jews, but outwardly Christians in name. They practiced and fulfilled the literary and ritual law of Moses, and considered it binding on them, and necessary for salvation. They did not understand Christianity as a new universal religion, liberated from the old law.
Then he explained to us what some converted Gentiles did (the Gnostic heresy), which is that it is a philosophical attempt to explain evil and salvation and reject the Old Testament.
Then he explained to us what one of the Jewish philosophers and some groups of worshipers from the Thebrabots, the Essenes, and others did, by mixing Judaism with paganism.
Then the priest says at the end of his speech:
(Whatever the difference between the three types of heresies, they almost reach in the end a clear denial of the essential truth in the Gospel, which is the incarnation of the Son of God for the salvation of the world. They make Christ either a mere human being, or a supernatural imaginary character. They do not recognize in any case any real permanent union between the divinity and humanity in the person of Christ, and this is the mark that John the Apostle placed for the Antichrist. They are trying to undermine the foundation of Christianity without dispute. For if Christ is not God incarnate and the mediator between God and people, then Christianity disappears, immersed in paganism and Judaism .)
