Who Died on the Cross?

#Jesus is a complete humanity and a complete divinity They never separated for a moment or the blink of an eye He has one nature and one will If the humanity died then the sin would not have been atoned for because it is limited Man does not bear the sin of another man Every man will be killed for his own sin (Deuteronomy 24:16) The divinity must die… even though God does not die (1 Timothy 6:16)

God does not die (He alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no human has seen or can see; to whom be honor and eternal dominion. Amen) (1 Timothy 6:16)

Did the humanity die or the divinity?

• If the humanity died, then man is limited and cannot atone for an unlimited sin.

• If the divinity died, then God does not die.
