The Jewish interpreter Ibn Ezra, through his interpretation of the Torah, made the above scene take placenext to the Holy Kaaba!

“In fact, Ibn Ezra (one of the greatest interpreters of the Torah ) was not the first to re-correct the compass when he linked Hagar (peace be upon her) to the Arabian Peninsula!
He was preceded in this by Saadia Gaon (Saeed bin Yousef Abu Yaqoub Al-Fayoumi), the rabbi and religious leader who gained wide fame among the Jews of the Islamic countries during the tenth century AD.
When the interpreter Saadia wanted to translate the passage that talks about Hagar (peace be upon her) meeting the angel of the Lord on the road to Shur into Arabic, he replaced the word “Shur” with an Arabic phrase meaning: at the Hijaz Stone !
Hijaz is a province in the Arabian Peninsula and includes Mecca.
Hajar is the word that Saeed Al-Fayoumi (Saadia Gaon) used in his Arabic translation, and it is the same and identical word that is used to refer to the Black Stone located in the shrine/sanctuary of Muslims: the Holy Kaaba in Mecca!”
The Jewish interpreter Ben Ezra states that the water source mentioned in Genesis Chapter 16 is the same and identical well of Zamzam located near Mecca, where the Arabs hold their annual celebration (Hajj)!!! The second
