Did the Prophet Marry Al Shanba Bint Amr

Did the Prophet marry Al-Shanba bint Amr? | The lie that Al-Shanba bint Amr doubted the prophethood of the Prophet Muhammad | Did the Prophet divorce Al-Shanba bint Amr?
Content of the Doubt
The enemies of Islam claim that the Prophet Muhammad was married to a woman named Al-Shanba bint Amr and that she did not believe that Muhammad was a true prophet because God caused his son Ibrahim to die!
Response to This Suspicion
This talk that the enemies of Islam repeat is incorrect and there is no correct historical evidence for this matter.
The first appearance of this information was in the third century AH, when Al-Tabari mentioned it in his history, saying:
Then the Messenger of God married Al-Shanba’ bint Amr Al-Ghifariyyah. They were also allies of Banu Qurayzah, and some of them claim that she was from Qurayzah, but her lineage is unknown due to the destruction of Banu Qurayzah. It was also said that she was from Kinanah, and she had intercourse when she entered upon him , and Ibrahim died before she was purified. She said: If he had been a prophet, the people most beloved to him would not have died. So the Messenger of God divorced her.
But this statement ☝️ is without any chain of transmission or previous evidence, and it was mentioned by Al-Tabari starting from the third century AH, so how did Al-Tabari obtain this information even though there is no source before him that mentions this information?!
Therefore, this information is not confirmed, and it has been judged weak by the investigators, such as the investigator Muhammad bin Tahir al-Barzanji - in his book (Sahih and Da’if Tarikh al-Tabari 7/268) .
And the students of Sheikh Muhammad Salih Al-Munajjid also judged it as weak.
Even if you open al-Tabari’s history and look at the last narration mentioned directly before it, you will also find that its chain of transmission is weak, as it speaks of the death of Lady Khadija. This weak narration is as follows:
Ali ibn Nasr narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us - and Abd al-Warith ibn Abd al-Samad narrated to me, saying: My father narrated to me - saying: Aban al-Attar narrated to us, saying: Hisham ibn Urwa narrated to us, on the authority of Urwa, that he wrote to Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan: You wrote to me regarding Khadija bint Khuwaylid, asking me: When did she die? She died three years or so before the Messenger of God left Mecca. He married Aisha after Khadija had died. The Messenger of God saw Aisha twice, and it was said to him: This is your wife. Aisha was six years old at that time.
This narration is weak and disconnected. The narrator, Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, was born approximately in the year 29 AH, meaning that he was born many years after the death of the Prophet, and he was not present at the event at all.
Urwah ibn al-Zubayr said this narration during the caliphate of Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, approximately 73 AH. That is, there were more than 62 years between him and the Prophet at that time.
After Al-Tabari mentioned his unproven words about Al-Shanba bint Amr , the writers after him copied his words and transmitted them in their books without verifying the extent of the credibility of this information. Among those who copied Al-Tabari’s words are: Ibn Asakir (sixth century), then Ibn Manzur (eighth century), then Ibn Kathir ( eighth century), then Al -Balansi (eighth century), then Buharq Al-Yemeni (tenth century), then Al-Salihi Al-Shami (tenth century), then Ahmad Al-Manqour (twelfth century), then Abdul Qadir Al-Majlisi (14th century), then Muhyi Al-Din Darwish (15th century).
So it Has Never Been Proven that the Prophet Married a Woman Named Al-Shanba Bint Amr
Second:
Even if we assume that this information is correct, it proves the greatness of the Prophet Muhammad’s morals . When we read the entire text, we find that this woman was harsh with the Prophet Muhammad and insulted him. Despite that, the Prophet later gave her the dowry and divorced her. He was generous in giving her the dowry, and the Prophet did not beat her or insult her. Rather, he divorced her very politely.
Then I am surprised by Christians who repeat this suspicion despite the fact that their book tells us that their prophet David committed adultery with Bathsheba , so she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. This son became sick and David continued to cry and fast, hoping that God would save his son from death, but his God let him down and caused his son to die. Here David despaired of fasting and went back to eating again. You can review (2 Samuel - Chapter 12)
Can Jews or Christians mock their book now?!
I would like to ask a difficult question to those insulting Christians:
You, as Christians, believe in several apostles in the New Testament. So where are the sons and grandsons of these apostles? Did they live for a period of time or did they die immediately? Where is their complete biography? Why do we not hear any of the priests talk about their lives or their achievements in preaching and teaching? And why did their sons not later become fathers and priests of the churches?!
