4 Years Old Pregnancy?
There is no evidence of that, even the narration of Al-Waqidi (whose hadith is abandoned) says that the grandfather and father of the Prophet married together and had Hamza and the Prophet.
The deceivers concluded that the pregnancy period was 4 years because Hamza was older than him by 4 years (and it was said 2 years), although Al-Waqidi himself transmitted another narration that contradicts this, that Hamza and Al-Abbas were born before Abdullah’s marriage.

Also, Al-Waqidi’s narration (abandoned) is interrupted and its narrators are unknown and it does not state that the grandfather and father of the Prophet had intercourse with their wives at the same time.
But they fabricated a story that has no basis at all, that Abdullah entered upon Amina when he became her king, ignoring other stories of the same level that contradict this. So the books of biography transmit the stories, leaving their verification to the scholars of hadith.

As for Malik’s opinion that pregnancy may last for 4 years, it was subject to not being accused of fornication, according to the hadith (ward off the limits with doubts). He witnessed a case like that (the wife of Muhammad bin Ajlan) where she “felt” that her pregnancy would last for 4 years and gave birth to 3 children in 12 years, and there is no way to verify that medically now.
