Jesus Is a Levite, Not From the Tribe of Judah, He Is Not From David

Is Christ from the Tribe of Judah or is He from Another Tribe???

Let us know the answer together from within the Holy Bible.

Luke mentioned this good news to us twice:

” The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David ” Luke 1:32

” Of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he will raise up the Christ to sit on his throne ” Acts 2:30

Many have been led astray, unaware and without reason, for many ages, that Christ, peace be upon him, is from the loins of David and that he is the one mentioned in the aforementioned text in the Book of Acts.

But is Christ from the Tribe of Judah?

This is the question whose answer we will reveal, God willing.

The Lineage of Jesus According to the Gospels

Christ, according to the Gospels, is from the tribe of Judah, from the lineage of King David. We find this in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 1, verses 1-16

: ” The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Abraham begot Isaac, and Isaac begot Jacob, and Jacob begot Judah and his brothers, and Judah begot Pharez and Zerah by Tamar, and Pharez begot Hezron, and Hezron begot Aram, and Aram begot Amminadab, and Amminadab begot Nahshon, and Nahshon begot Salmon, and Salmon begot Boaz by Rahab, and Boaz begot Obed by Ruth, and Obed begot Jesse, and Jesse begot King David, and King David begot Solomon by the wife of Uriah, and Solomon begot Rehoboam, and Rehoboam begot Abijah, and Abijah begot Asa, and Asa begot Jehoshaphat, and Jehoshaphat begot Joram, and Joram begot Uzziah, and Uzziah begot Jotham, and Jotham begot Ahaz, and Ahaz begot Hezekiah, and Hezekiah begot Manasseh, and Manasseh begot…” Amon. And Amon begot Josiah. And Josiah begot Jeconiah and his brothers, when

they were carried away captive to Babylon. And after the captivity to Babylon Jeconiah begot Shealtiel. And Shealtiel begot Zerubbabel. And Zerubbabel begot Abihud. And Abihud begot Eliakim. And Eliakim begot Azor. And Azor begot Zadok. And Zadok begot Achim. And Achim begot Eliud. And Eliud begot Eleazar. And Eleazar begot Matthan. And Matthan begot Jacob. And Jacob begot Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ .

And also in Luke 3:23-31

” And when Jesus began his ministry, he was about thirty years old, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, the son of Heli, the son of Mattthat, the son of Levi, the son of Melchi, the son of Janna, the son of Joseph, the son of Mattathias, the son of Amos, the son of Nahum, the son of Hasli, the son of Neggai, the son of Math, the son of Mattathias, the son of Shimei, the son of Joseph, the son of Johanna, the son of Rhesa, the son of Zerubbabel, the son of Shealtiel, the son of Neri, the son of Melchi, the son of Addi, the son of Cosham, the son of Almodam, the son of Er, the son of Joses, the son of Eliezer, the son of Jorim, the son of Mattthat, the son of Levi, the son of Simeon, the son of Judah, the son of Joseph, the son of Jonah, the son of Eliakim, the son of Meliah, the son of Menan, the son of Mattatha, the son of Nathan, the son of David. ”

These two accounts are not correct for several reasons.

First, the difference in the genealogy in the two accounts among the writers. Matthew places him among the descendants of Solomon, while Luke places him among the descendants of Nathan, the son of David.

There are two different genealogies for Jesus in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke. Christ ends with David, and since the two mentioned genealogies are different and there is no preference for the validity of one over the other, therefore the two genealogies are both invalidated due to their contradiction and the lack of preference for one over the other.

Some have tried to defend the difference between the two genealogies by saying: “As for the difference between the genealogy of Christ in the Gospel of Matthew and his genealogy in the Gospel of Luke, the reason for it is that Jacob, who gave birth to Joseph, the fiancé of the Virgin Mary, after his brother Heli died, married his wife in accordance with what God commanded in the Law (the Sharia), where He says:***If two brothers live together and one of them dies and has no offspring, the wife of the dead man shall not go to a foreign man, but his brother shall go in to her and take her as his wife and raise up offspring for his brother (***Deuteronomy 25:5). Accordingly, Joseph had two lineages, one natural and the other legal, because he was the son of Eli according to the law and the son of Jacob according to nature. Matthew mentioned his natural lineage and Luke his legal lineage. And this is a deception from them ,

and the evidence is that what is mentioned in the Gospel of Matthew is:

Joseph , son of Jacob, son of Matthan, son of Eleazar, son of the Jews , etc.

And in the Gospel of Luke: Joseph, son of Heli, son of Mattath, son of Levi, son of Melchi , etc. So Jacob, son of Matthan, is not a brother to Heli, son of Mattath, because the names of their grandfathers are different. Then, Matthew, the Jew, is supposed to write his legitimate lineage according to the law, not to write the natural and Greek, and Luke writes the legitimate, so how is this? Perhaps someone who is stubborn says that they are brothers on the mother’s side! So we say that, assuming this claim (which has no basis), the number of fathers between Jacob and David according to the Gospel of Matthew is (24) fathers, and the number of fathers between Heli and David according to the Gospel of Luke is (39) fathers. And since they claimed that Eli and Jacob were brothers and assumed that they were brothers on the mother’s side, then they were in the same time and era, so the number of their fathers must be close, and this is a natural matter known to every expert in history and genealogy, while the lineage of Eli is more (15) A father from the lineage of Jacob, which means that there is a defect in one of the two lineages in this way, so they are not considered since there is no preference for one over the other. Among the evidence that those who wrote the Gospels inserted the phrase (son of David) as a title for Jesus Christ is what came in the Gospel of Mark, which is the first of the Gospels to be written, according to the Christians themselves, as in (6:3): ( Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary )

, which means that Jesus Christ was explicitly attributed to his mother at that time, as the Holy Qur’an addressed him centuries later, while the writer of the Gospel of Matthew (13:55) changed the phrase to become like this: ( Is not this the son of the carpenter, is not his mother called Mary ), which means that Jesus is the son of Joseph the carpenter and is from the descendants of David, and we say that the writer of the Gospel of Matthew changed the phrase of the Gospel of Mark deliberately because the followers of Paul (the Christian scholars) say that the writer of the Gospel of Matthew had seen the Gospel of Mark and quoted from it, as on page (25) of the edition of the New Testament in Beirut (which was approved by It was printed by the Apostolic Vicar of the Latins, Paul Bassim, when discussing the so-called synoptic question. The problem is that the Jews referred to children by the names of their fathers, not their mothers. How can Mark mention that? The Jewish archaeologist says , may his tongue be cut off (James Tabor, The Genealogy of Jesus, translated by Suhail Zakar, Damascus, pp. 85-86 ) . “He says that calling Jesus the son of Mary, as in the Gospel of Mark, indicates the existence of an illegitimate father , because the Jews referred to children by the names of their fathers, not their mothers.”

. That is why the author of the Gospel of Matthew, who appeared after the Gospel of Mark, reworded Mark’s words when he said: “Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not his mother called Mary?” (Matthew 13:55), in an attempt to circumvent the scandal that was well known to the inhabitants of the village of Nazareth decades ago. Usually, rumors rarely die, and it is difficult for them to disappear completely (- James Tabor, The Genealogy of Jesus, translated by Suhail Zakar, Damascus 208, pp. 85-86 ) .

Thus, they distorted history and forced a lineage for Jesus Christ far from the truth, uprooting him from his Levitical roots and creating Judaic roots for him, deceiving only themselves and not realizing it.

Matthew the Poor says about this difference in his commentary on the Gospel of Luke, p. 190: ” But we are entitled only to say: The problem arising from the existence of two genealogies is still unsolved according to the research that has been done and is at our disposal.”

Secondly, Matthew deliberately omitted the name of Jehoiakim from the genealogy when he said in verse 11: ” And Josiah begot Jeconiah .” This is incorrect, for Jeconiah was the son of Jehoiakim, and Jehoiakim was the son of Josiah, according to 1 Chronicles 3:15-16: ” And the sons of Josiah: the firstborn Johanan; the second Jehoiakim; the third Zedekiah; the fourth Shallum. And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, and Zedekiah his son .”

But why did Matthew omit the name of Jehoiakim from the genealogy of Jesus?

The answer is in Jeremiah 36:30: ” Therefore thus says the Lord concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah: He shall not have anyone to sit on the throne of David; and his dead body shall be thrown out to the heat by day and to the frost by night .”

Because if Christ was from the descendants of Jehoiakim, he would not have sat on the throne of David. Therefore, Luke brought another genealogy that did not include Jehoiakim, his fathers, or his sons, making Jesus a descendant of Jonathan, son of David. Someone

might say this is only for several generations. We say no. When the excommunication is for specific generations, these generations are mentioned and not stated in general terms. Let us give an example of this:

Deuteronomy 23:3 ” An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter the congregation of the Lord; even to the tenth generation none of them shall enter into the congregation of the Lord forever.” Here, eternity is limited to ten generations .

Generations may also be specified, as in the case of the son of fornication: Deuteronomy 23:2 ” An adulterous son shall not enter the congregation of the Lord; even to the tenth generation none of them shall enter into the congregation of the Lord .”

Third, both Muslims and Christians believe that Christ was born miraculously to a mother without a father, meaning that he does not have a human father. Therefore, Christ should not be attributed to Joseph the carpenter, but to Mary. If we review Acts 2:30, ” Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn to him with an oath that, according to the flesh, of the fruit of his loins he would raise up the Messiah to sit on his throne, ” meaning that he must be of the lineage of David according to the flesh. That is, his mother must be a descendant of David from the tribe of Judah. Is she so?

It is historically known that Mary served in the temple from a young age. She presented herself to the temple after she was weaned at about three or four years old and remained there until she was twelve years old, that is, the age of menstruation.

So who is qualified to perform this sacred service?

Numbers 8:19 ” And I gave the Levites as a gift from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel at the tabernacle of meeting, and to make atonement for the children of Israel, that there would be no plague among the children of Israel when the children of Israel came near to the holy place. ”

Numbers 1823But the Levites shall perform the service of the tent of meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity; it shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations; and they shall have no inheritance among Israel .

1 Chronicles 6:48 ” Their brethren the Levites are appointed for all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God .”

And when David was old, he gathered the priests and the Levites to divide the service among them before Solomon after he had made him king over Israel, as is stated in the whole of Numbers 23.

This service was for them alone and no one else .

Numbers

18:4 ” They shall be joined to you and shall keep the charge of the tent of meeting for all the service of the tent. And the stranger shall not come near you .”

Who is the stranger? Numbers 16:40 ” A memorial to the children of Israel, that no stranger, who is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to burn incense before the Lord, and be like Korah and his company, as the Lord spoke to him by the hand of Moses. ”

Anthony Fikry’s interpretation “The stranger = everyone outside the tribe of Levi.”

And they compensate for this service with the gifts that are presented to the temple, of which they have a share

. Numbers 18 12-18:

God gives them the firstfruits of everything, including the forbidden things, like tithes. And every firstfruit they redeem, even if it is a human or an unclean animal (like a donkey, for example). And they redeem it in money (silver) instead. But if it is a clean animal, it is slaughtered, and its fat is presented on the altar, and its blood is sprinkled (this is God’s own portion). The meat is for the priests, just as the thigh of the heave offering and the breast of the wave offering are for them. Let us note that God gave great honor to the priesthood and many material gifts, but He placed a great responsibility on them. They must thank God for His grace and not be arrogant, but rather fear the responsibility. Just as the priests are satisfied with their service (the meat of the sacrifices), so every servant is satisfied spiritually with his service. 20

And the Lord said to Aaron, “You shall not receive an inheritance in their land, nor shall you have a portion among them. I am your portion and your inheritance among the descendants of Israel . 21 But to the descendants of Levi, I have given every tenth in Israel as an inheritance. 22 ” Then the children of Israel shall no longer come near the tent of meeting to bear sin that leads to death . ” 23 ” But the Levites shall do the service of the tent of meeting; they shall bear their iniquity; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations; and they shall receive no inheritance among Israel .” So it is known that the Levites were the ones who performed the service in the tent of meeting and then in the house, that is, the temple that Solomon built for the Lord. If Mary was among those who served in the house of the Lord, then she was a Levite, one of the daughters of Aaron, like her relative Elizabeth and her husband, because Zechariah was a Levite like her, since he was from the division of Abijah, and his wife Elizabeth was from the daughters of Aaron (Luke 1:5). Abijah’s division was one of the divisions of Aaron’s sons, the Levites (1 Chronicles 24:10). ” The seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah .” Zechariah was a priest in the house, but Joseph the carpenter was not. He was more deserving of her care and guardianship than Joseph the carpenter. An objector might object and say that the service was limited to Men we say, and from God help us, for Numbers 18:19 ” All the holy offerings which the children of Israel offer to the Lord I have given to you, and to your sons and your daughters with you, for an everlasting right, a covenant of salt before the Lord for you and your descendants with you .”

An eternal covenant of salt = salt is placed on something so that it does not spoil. So the meaning is that these blessings of God are irrevocable, it is a covenant that cannot be broken, a firm covenant (2 Chr 5:13 + Lev 3:2)

Antonius Fikry says that these gifts are in exchange for the service in which he mentioned the daughters.

And if someone says that Mary did not serve in the temple, then she was dedicated to worship, we say this is quoted from the Al-Siraj Al-Orthozxy website. http://www.alsiraj.org/blog/?p=110 Al-Siraj Al-Orthozxy

“The basic idea in this topic is that the Virgin Mary was dedicated to serving the Lord from the first moment of his life, to be the chosen vessel through which Christ comes, the light that one should be guided by and the right path that whoever follows will be sure to reach the safe harbor. “Thus, the Holy Church prepares us for the appearance of God in the flesh, since the appearance of His Most Holy Mother in the Temple of God.” (Bishop George Khodr)

So, if the body of Christ was considered Levi

, and the Levites were spread throughout Palestine, Nehemiah 11:36 “And there were divisions of the Levites in Judah and Benjamin .”

Now let us talk about Christ Himself.

It is assumed that every firstborn who opens the womb is presented to the Lord and pays a ransom, as in Numbers 18:15-16: ” Every one who opens the womb of all flesh that they offer to the Lord, whether man or beast, shall be yours. However, you shall accept the redemption of the firstborn of man, and the firstborn of unclean beast you shall accept its redemption. And its redemption from a month old you shall accept, according to your valuation, for five shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs. ”

The Levites are exempt from this, because the Lord has chosen them for himself and for his service. Numbers 3:40-41 : “And the Lord said to Moses, ‘Number every firstborn male among the children of Israel, from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names . 41 ” Then you shall take the Levites for Me, I am the Lord, instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel, and the livestock of the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the livestock of the children of Israel. ”

Numbers 8:16 ” For they are given to Me as a gift from among the children of Israel. Instead of every firstborn of the womb, every firstborn of all the children of Israel, I have taken them for Myself. ”

Jesus did not pay a ransom. Luke 2 states that Mary offered it for her purification and did not pay the ransom for her son. This is only because he is a Levite, for a Levite does not pay a ransom.

Poor Matthew tried to get out of this predicament, but he did not succeed. He said that Jesus did not pay the ransom because he was sanctified for the Lord. We say that every male who opens the womb, that is, a firstborn, is holy for the Lord, and yet he pays the ransom, except for the Levites.

He says in his commentary on Luke, page 142:)

The offering is on the level of the sacrificial act. He is offered as a sacrifice to God because he is the firstborn son. He is from God’s own possession and is called holy to God. He takes him for himself to serve Him instead of offering him as a sacrifice Note here the offering of Isaac as a sacrifice according to God’s request, and God redeemed him with a lamb - and because of that God promised him a lineage in which all nations would be blessed. From that day on, the offering of the firstborn to God became a way to bless and sanctify him, so that the firstborn of all the firstborn of Israel might be the lineage promised to Abraham. This was fulfilled here literally, and after the presentation of “Jesus” the firstborn to God in the temple, the law of offering the firstborn to God was finally broken For the promise was fulfilled through the mouth of the angel: ” Therefore also the holy one who is to be born of you will be called the Son of God. ” ( Luke 1:35)

Therefore, with a deep look with me, dear reader, you will realize the sacred historical theological significance of the presentation of Christ in the temple to the Lord according to the Law, a matter that scholars have mocked.

The reader will note that after the firstborn was presented to the temple and appeared before God, he was supposed to be set aside to serve the Lord. However, God exempted the firstborn from His service and chose the sons of Levi to serve Him as an entire tribe. Instead of setting aside the firstborn for service, the Law limited the payment of five shekels to the temple treasury, which could be paid to the priest anywhere (Exodus 13:2). However, for “Jesus,” the five-shekel ransom was not paid; he was not redeemed but sanctified to God. (Commentary on Luke Matthew the Poor 142)

Offering a Sacrifice (Tadros Yacoub Malti)

Saint Cyril the Great says:

[After the circumcision of Christ, Mary awaited the day of her purification. At the completion of forty days from birth, Jerusalem bore the Lord Christ, God the Word, who sits at the right hand of the Father. There, He appeared in the divine presence in human form, just as we do. According to the law, He was considered a firstborn. Even before the incarnation of the Redeemer, the law recognized the privileged position of the firstborn. He was considered holy, consecrated to God, and offered as a sacrifice to divine majesty. Truly, how great and wonderful is the mystery of salvation and redemption: “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!” (Romans 11:33). He who is in the bosom of the Father, that holy Son who shares the heavenly throne with the Father and through whom all things were created, submits to the demands of human nature and offers a sacrifice to his Father, the great God. He is the One whom creation worships and glorifies with his heavenly Father at all times!

And what was the offering of Christ? The law required that every firstborn offer a sacrifice of “a pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons.” And what do the turtledoves and pigeons refer to? Come with me as we study this reference.

The dove is the noisiest and most boisterous bird in the field, while the pigeon is a gentle and quiet bird. The Redeemer was like that, showing us the utmost kindness and mercy. He was also a dove, walking everywhere to fill it with compassion, tenderness, blessing, and comfort. It is written in the Song of Songs, “The voice of the dove is heard in our land” (Song of Songs 2:12). Christ made us hear the word of the Gospel, which is the word of salvation for the whole world.

The dove and the pigeon were offered as a sacrifice, just as Christ the Son appeared before God the Father in the temple. So you see in one place the symbol and the truth.

St. Jacob of Sarug says : ” The law was given to Moses on the mountain with his father, and he came to complete the order that he taught through his hypostasis. He came for circumcision so that no one would deny his incarnation, and he came with the sacrifice to show that he is not a stranger to us. He came with the dove that he made his symbol!

Mary carried the lamb with his offering, to bring the sacrifice to the Holy Temple according to the law. Joseph carried the young birds, and came for the sake of the child, and he went up to the Holy House to offer it like the lawyer.]

But unfortunately, neither the words of Tadros Yacoub Malti nor the holy fathers are correct, and I challenge anyone to bring a single text from the Torah that indicates that two doves or two young pigeons are offered for the newborn .

Everything that came about this offering is for the leper when he is purified, or for the one who committed a sin, or for the one who was purified from a discharge, or for the one who completed the days of her purification after giving birth and her hand did not reach enough for a sheep like Mary, the mother of Christ, or for the one who deliberately touched an unclean thing. And his hand did not reach for a lamb for a sacrifice, so he would bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons, the one for a burnt offering, and the other for atonement for his sins.

When Jesus began to be baptized, he was about thirty years old. Luke 3:23

Life Translation: ” When Jesus began (his ministry), he was about thirty years old, and it was known that he was the son of Joseph, the son of Heli.

The Levites begin their ministry at the age of thirty. Numbers chapter 4 in its entirety speaks about this, about the Levites from the sons of Kohath, from whom Aaron and Moses descended. Numbers 4:47 ” From thirty years old and upward even to fifty years old, all who enter to do the work of the ministry and the work of carrying in the tent of meeting. ”

Christ is a teacher.

He calls himself a teacher. Matthew 26:18 ” Then he said, ‘Go into the city to a certain man and say to him, “The Teacher says, ‘My time is near; I will keep the Passover at your house with my disciples .’”

When Jesus appeared and announced his prophetic and priestly office to the Jews, he began teaching in the temple and performing the duties of a priest, including healing diseases. Then he drove the merchants out of the temple, overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves, and forbade anyone carrying merchandise to pass through the temple. This is known in the Gospels. Matthew 21:12, Mark 11:15, and John 2: 15 “So he made a whip of cords and drove them all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the money of the changers and overturned their tables.”

He could not have done this unless he had authority in the temple or a position known to everyone, such as a priest. Otherwise, we have not heard that anyone objected to his action.

His title among the common people was “teacher.” Matthew 19:16 ” And behold, one came up and said to him, ‘Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?’ ”

The disciples say to him, “Teacher.” Mark 4:38 ” And he was in the rear, asleep on a pillow. And they woke him up and said to him, ‘Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing ?’ ” The tax

collectors knew he was a teacher. Matthew 17:24 ” And when they had come to Capernaum, those who received the two drachmas came to Peter and said, ‘Does not your teacher pay the two drachmas ?’”

The scribes, teachers of the law, and the Pharisees, did they know he was a teacher? Matthew 8:19 ” And a scribe came up and said to him, ‘Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.’” And in the Good News version, “One of the teachers of the law came to him and said, ‘Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go. ’

” The scribes and Pharisees knew that he was a teacher in Matthew 12:38 . ” Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, ‘Teacher, we want to see a sign from you .’”

So Jesus was a teacher of the law

and was teaching in the synagogue and in the temple. John 18:20. ” Jesus answered him, ‘I have spoken openly to the world; I have always taught in the synagogue and in the temple , where the Jews always come together; but in secret I have said nothing .’”

And in Mark 6:2. ” And when the Sabbath came , he began to teach in the synagogue . And many who heard it were astonished, saying, ‘Where did this man get these things? And what is this wisdom that has been given to him, that such mighty works are performed by his hands ?’”

Luke 4:16. ” And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up. And as was his custom, he entered the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up to read .”

Luke 6:6 . “And on another Sabbath he entered the synagogue and taught .”

But from which tribes will the teachers of the law come?

The Lord speaks to the priests through the prophet Malachi (Malachi 2:4 ” And you shall know that I have sent you this commandment, that my covenant may be with Levi ,” says the Lord of hosts.

Then he says in

Malachi 2:7, ” For the lips of the priest shall preserve knowledge, and men shall seek the law from his mouth: for he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts.” From his mouth they shall seek the law, that is, they shall learn it .

Malachi 2:8, ” But you have turned aside from the way; you have caused many to stumble because of the law; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi, says the Lord of hosts .”

And if Christ had not been a Levite, they would not have given Him this holy title of teacher, and they would not have allowed Him to teach in the synagogue and the temple.

Christ gave Him the scroll in the synagogue to read, as in Luke 4:16-17: ” And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up. And as was his custom, he entered the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read.” And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to Him. And when He opened the scroll, He found the place where it was written, ” The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed. ”

This work was specific to the Levitical priests only, and this scroll was not touched by anyone except the Levitical priest,

so that the king would not read it, but would take a copy of it to know the law of God. See Deuteronomy 17:18: ” And when He sits on the throne of His kingdom, He will write for Himself a copy of this law in a book from the Levitical priests. ”

Christ Himself denied their claim that Christ is from the lineage of David,

for Jesus Christ began to reveal to the people the truth of His lineage and that He He belonged to the tribe of Levi and God Almighty sent him as a prophet and priest and gave him the miracles that people saw. In the Gospel of Matthew, it is stated: ( And while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, “What do you think of the Christ? Whose son is He?” They said to Him, “The Son of David.” He said to them, “How is it that David calls Him Lord by the Spirit, saying, ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool.” If David calls Him Lord, how can He be his son?’ No one could answer Him a word, nor did anyone from that day on dare to ask Him anything. ”) Matthew 22:41-46 .

I Ask a Question: What is the Story of the Box that Was with Judas, and why Did Christ Have a Box, and what is Its Relationship to the Priests’ Box?

Search for yourself and I will search with you.

If Christ had to be one of the sons of David, why did they ask John?

John 1:19 ” And this is the testimony of John when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask Him, ‘Who are you?’” “And he confessed and did not deny, and confessed, ‘I am not the Christ.

’ 25 Then they asked him, ‘Why then are you baptizing, if you are not the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet ?’”

Luke 3:15 The people believed that he was the Christ. “Now the people were in expectation, and all were reasoning in their hearts about John, whether he might be the Christ. ”

John the son of Zechariah, and Zechariah was from the division of Abijah, and according to 1 Chronicles 24:10, he was from the division of Aaron, meaning he was a Levite

. So the expected Christ could have been a Levite.

Perhaps someone might say, “No, this is their assumption

.” We say that when they said about Jesus, “Did the chief priests know that he was the Christ?” as in John 7:26. But they added, ” We know where this man is from; but when the Christ comes, no one knows where he is from.” They

did not say about John. No, but the Christ is from the sons of David. No, they did not say this.

Jesus’ clothing: This is evidence I have taken as a reference but do not rely on. I hope you understand that

when the soldiers took the clothes of the one who was crucified, his shirt was seamless. John 19:23 ” So when the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his garments and made four parts, one for each soldier; and they also took the shirt; now the shirt was seamless, woven all over.” When God saved his Messiah, he made the one who resembled him wear clothes similar to the clothes of Christ

But who wore the woven clothes?

Exodus 35:19 “And the woven garments for ministering in the sanctuary, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments for his sons to minister in the priest’s office. ”

[gdwl] From the above, and by putting all this evidence together, we find that it fits into one mold. This mold says that Christ, peace be upon him, was a Levite, not from the sons of David

And by God I ask you which of the two is more honorable for Christ, peace be upon him, that he be one of those who live off the money of women who serve him with their money as the Gospel writers described him and that some of them were prostitutes as in Luke 8:3 ” And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod’s steward, and Susanna and many others who served him with their money ”

Or that he was a Levitical priest who had a share of the vows that God imposed on him and which were his right in exchange for his service. You decide which of the two is more honorable for Christ, peace be upon him?

Numbers 18:12-18:

God gives them the firstfruits of everything and of everything that is forbidden like tithes. And they take a ransom for every firstborn, even if it is a human or an unclean animal (like a donkey for example), and they take money (silver) in exchange for it. But if it was a clean animal, it is slaughtered and its fat is presented on the altar and its blood is sprinkled (this is God’s own portion, and the meat is for the priests, just as the thigh of the heave offering and the breast of the wave offering

are for them). Let us note that God gave great honor to the priesthood and many material gifts, but He placed a great responsibility on them. They must thank God for His grace and not be arrogant, but rather fear the responsibility. Just as the priests are satisfied with their service (the meat of the sacrifices), so every servant is spiritually satisfied with his service. 21 “And as for the sons of Levi, I have given them all the tithe in Israel as an inheritance in exchange for the service which they perform, the service of the tent of meeting.”

Do you accept someone who lives on the women’s money and is a burden on them? God forbid that he should be like that, or someone who lives on a right that God has imposed on him? He is a noble prophet, one of the resolute messengers. God Almighty commanded His Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, to follow his example and that of his brothers among the prophets, as God Almighty said, “So be patient, as were patient those of resolute resolve among the The Messengers: “And Jesus, peace be upon him, was among those whom God Almighty described as guided, as He said, “Those are the ones whom God has guided, so follow their guidance.” And God Almighty said about him, “He is held in high esteem in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near. He will speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity and will be among the righteous.”

That is Jesus, son of Mary. Yes, this is his description in the Qur’an, and there is no fault in that. Mark also said about him, as I said earlier, 6:3: ” Is this not the carpenter, the son of Mary?” And the Jews did not call people by women’s names, so they attributed the child to his father.

That is Jesus, the son of Mary, the statement of truth about which they dispute. It would not be for God to take a son. Glory be to Him! When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is. And indeed, God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path.” John 20:17 ” I ascend to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God. “

Finally, the Messiah and His Mother Levi Are Not from the Lineage of David, Peace Be upon Him. God Almighty says:O Sister of Aaron, Your Father Was Not a Bad Man, nor Was Your Mother Unchaste. And

our final supplication is that all praise is due to God, Lord of the Worlds.
