But I would like to put the Christian who uses the Septuagint in a simple problem.
The text that Matthew quoted about Jesus from Isaiah says, “That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, ‘Behold, my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will declare justice to the Gentiles.’”

The text in the Septuagint says, ”
Jacob my servant I will uphold, Israel my chosen one…


Christian, hold fast to the Septuagint and prove that Matthew is distorting and falsifying and that the text is about Jacob.
The Church Saint Augustine decided that the hand of distortion had reached the books of the Torah and accused the Jews of distorting and distorting the books of the prophets and the law.
