For example, they believe pre-marital sex should be allowed (cause it’s a form of sexual pleasure)
However, pregnancy is a barrier to this, it takes up your time and money, time and money that can be spent on more pre-marital sex
The solution to this barrier is “abortion”
Or take LGTB (another sexual pleasure),
and various medical institutions spread STDs (a barrier and a harm)

So medical technology will advance to permit all forms of sexual pleasure
Lets take this logic to it’s end conclusion:
According to David Benatar, “rape” & “pedosexuality” are also forms of sexual pleasure, and according to sexual liberation logic would also be a human right
Any harms (including psychological ones) they cause will (in the future) be fixed by advancements in medical technology
Do LGBT activists support this? Of course not, and there you go a logical inconsistency (a wrongness) in their beliefs.
There are of course LGBT activists that do support the legalization of zoosexuality & pedosexuality, like Gayle Rubin & Kate Millet
But non-academic ones are embarrassed by this flaw in their logic

This is true, people who have limited cognition cannot give informed consent, like children, intoxicated adults, and mentally ill people
However, this would mean homosexuals cannot give informed consent
