The question of atheism is about your moral reference as a Muslim, or in other words:

What distinguishes your religion and makes it a true reference for ethical rulings? There are dozens of other religions, so why is yours the sole authority that has the right to legislate and rule?

There is no disagreement among all moral philosophers today that bad and good, good and evil are rulings linked to religion and cannot be justified outside of religion, even with different words or a different term. No matter how much you flee from the obligations of your atheism, you will not change the reality of nihilism and meaninglessness represented in your doctrine. Just as we adopt Islam as a basic moral reference, which is not disputed, there are those who adopt an opposing doctrine with opposing rulings as their basic moral reference. However, the claim itself does not deny or confirm the legitimacy of the act and ruling, rather it must be built on a solid foundation and a fixed initial premise. This premise is proving the attribution of the message to heaven, meaning proving the heavenliness of the message. God Almighty is necessary for every meaning and purpose, and from here the rulings of religion become moral by necessity. Therefore, the basis of the argument here is to oblige the atheist to adhere to the necessities of his doctrine and to discuss the validity of religion.

A Muslim has the right to take captive, enslave, flay, and flog if God commands him to do so. Arguing about this is an argument ” with a mind created by God .” So how can you oppose God’s commands with a mind created by God? How do you know that what you see as contradicting “according to your mind” the word of God is real and not an illusion? That is why the Sunnis stated that the Sharia does not come with what the mind rejects, but rather with what the mind is confused by.
