Response to Fraud No. (32) _ Whoever Disobeys His Leader Dies a Death of Ignorance
First: The forger cited from Sahih Muslim - the emirate - the obligation to adhere to the Muslim community when tribulations appear..”Whoever sees something he dislikes from his leader, let him be patient, for whoever separates from the community by a handspan and dies, his death is one of ignorance. ” Second: I do not know whether the forger is citing our good qualities to make us know them or is he taunting us with them as: O red-cheeked one, your redness is a defect!!! He is citing the sayings of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which indicate that many tribulations will surround the Muslim community, and this has actually happened as the Prophet informed us, to the point that we are living in the greatest tribulation today, which is the absence of a unified community under one Imam (caliph), so this is a confirmation of the prophecy of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Third: Islam, for us, prioritizes preserving the unity of the community and the one word over any other consideration, for the community, no matter how weak, is strong, and the individual, no matter how strong, is weak
Fourth: We say to those who are ignorant of the rulings of our religion: Rebellion against the emir, according to us, is of two types, which branch into different types: revolt against the emir only, and revolt against the group and the emir together, and both matters are divided into types: revolt by an armed group, revolt by an unarmed group, revolt by armed individuals, and revolt by unarmed individuals. Thus, the total number of rebellions is eight: 1) The rebellion of an armed group against the ruler only because he oppressed the group, which is permissible because it removes the oppression and strengthens the group of Muslims against the oppressor. Abu Bakr al-Siddiq said this while he was the Caliph: “O people, I have been appointed over you, and I am not the best among you. If I do well, then help me, and if I do wrong, then correct me. Truth is a trust and lying is treachery. The weak among you is strong with me until I take his right for him, and the strong is weak with me until I take his right from him, God willing. Let none of you abandon jihad, for no people abandon it except that God strikes them with humiliation. Obey me as long as I obey God and His Messenger, but if I disobey God and His Messenger, then you have no obligation to obey me. Stand up for your prayers, may God have mercy on you.” Mukhtasar Seerat al-Rasul, vol. 1, p. 309. 2) The rebellion of an unarmed group against the ruler only to preach and advise him, which is permissible, as stated in Musnad al-Shamiyyin, vol. 4, p. 20: “On the authority of Anas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: The best martyrs in the sight of God are those who are just,” meaning those who establish justice .
. 3) An armed group going out against the Muslim community is not permissible because it corrupts the nation and ignites sedition. No sane person has ever said that this is permissible in any nation, unless he is one of those who love corruption on earth. 4) An unarmed group going out against the community of the nation is enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong verbally, which is the role of preachers and callers, and there is no objection to it. 5) Unarmed individuals going out against the emir. By preaching, guidance and advice. 6) Unarmed individuals going out against the community and the emir. By preaching, guidance and advice. Regarding these two types, Allah the Almighty said: “Would you kill a man because he says, ‘My Lord is Allah,’ and he has come to you with clear proofs from your Lord?” (Surat Ghafir) . The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “The master of the martyrs is Hamza ibn Abdul Muttalib, and a man who stood up to an unjust ruler, commanded him and forbade him, and he was killed. ” (Al-Jami` As-Saghir 4747). 7 ) Armed individuals going out against the ruler, which is what the hadith meant . 8) Armed individuals going out against the group and the ruler, which is also what the hadith meant.
There is no doubt that the armed man’s revolt and his breach of allegiance to the prince or the prince and the group leads to great strife and corruption (which Islam does not approve of as mentioned in the hadith). If human rights stipulate the right to peaceful demonstration, Islam has already approved it, and if it has stipulated fighting the aggressive enemy, Islam has already approved it. But have human rights stipulated that a man should revolt against his group and leader with a weapon simply because of disagreement with him???
Fifth: From the above, we do not know why the deceiver calls for the necessity of armed revolt against the prince when he hates to cause strife. This is contrary to the matter stated in his holy book, Matthew 22:21, “Give therefore to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” While the principle of Islam is that Caesar and what is Caesar’s are subject to God and His laws, and there is no power or strength except with God.
