The Qur’anic Verse — Surah Yunus 92

Surah Yunus (10:92) “So this day We will save you with your body that you may be a sign to those who come after you. And indeed, many among the people, of Our signs, are heedless.”

— Allah the Almighty’s truth

Al-Tabari’s Interpretation

Imam al-Tabari — Tafsir of Surah Yunus 92 “God Almighty says to Pharaoh: ‘So today We will carry you on the earth with your body, and those who denied your destruction will look at you as a perishing person. That you may be a sign to those who come after you — meaning: for those who come after you among the people, a lesson from you, so that they may be deterred from disobeying God, disbelieving in Him, and striving to spread corruption in His land.’”

Al-Najwa is a place that is elevated above the ground around it. From this is the saying of Aws bin Hujr: “So whoever is on his camel’s hump is like someone on his Najwat, and the one who is in a state of fear is like someone who walks with ulcers.”

Narration 13823 — Muhammad ibn Abd al-A’la On the authority of Al-Mu’tamir ibn Sulayman, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu al-Salil, on the authority of Qays ibn ‘Abbad and others, he said:

“The Children of Israel said to Moses: ‘Pharaoh has not died.’ So God brought him out to them, and they looked at him like a red bull.”

Narration 13824 — Ya’qub ibn Ibrahim On the authority of Ibn ‘Ulayyah, on the authority of Sa’id al-Jariri, on the authority of Abu al-Salil, on the authority of Qays ibn ‘Abbad — he said he was one of the most knowledgeable people about the Children of Israel:

“When the first army of Pharaoh reached the sea, the horses were afraid of the flames. A thin horse slipped away and it followed him. So when the last army of Pharaoh was finished in the sea and the last of the Children of Israel came out, the sea was ordered to close in on them. So the Children of Israel said: ‘Pharaoh did not die, and he would never die!’ So God heard their denial of his prophet. So he threw him on the shore as if he were a red bull that the children of Israel could see.” (13825)

French Egyptology Confirms — Ramses II Was the Red-Haired Pharaoh Glory be to God — a French website dedicated to Egyptology also describes Ramses II as the red-haired pharaoh.

ROUX is the French equivalent of “red-haired.”

The Website’s Explanation — Henna The website attributes the red color of the pharaoh’s hair to his use of henna (henné = henna).

The Mummy of Ramses II — Second Surprise — Marine Sand on the Body

Second Surprise — Marine Sand Found on the Body of Pharaoh

The results of the medical examination conducted on the mummy of Ramses II in France between 1976 and 1977 (the mummy remained in France for approximately 8 months) showed the presence of:

  • Sand of desert origin attached to the body
  • Sand of marine origin attached to the body

(sable marin = marine sand)

The Critical Question What is the reason for the presence of sand of marine origin stuck to the body of Pharaoh Ramses II?

“So today We will save you with your body that you may be a reliable sign to those who come after you.”

We leave the answer to the skeptics of the Holy Qur’an.

The Ipuwer Papyrus — An Egyptian Eyewitness to the Plagues

Info-bible.org on the Ipuwer Papyrus “This papyrus dates back to the 19th Dynasty.”

“This manuscript is the account of an eyewitness who witnessed the disasters that befell the Kingdom of Egypt.”

“The Pharaoh Ipuwer documented the disaster through his manuscript: The Nile water turned into blood, the plague ravaged the country, blood was everywhere.”

Ramses II Was of the 19th Dynasty Ramses II was one of the pharaohs of the 19th Dynasty.

A strange coincidence perhaps???

Third Surprise — The Broken Neck

The Broken Neck of Pharaoh

Since Ramses II drowned — would his neck have withstood the huge amount of water? The mind says his neck would have been crushed — like an egg under the foot of a raging elephant.

What the X-Ray Revealed The same website states that X-ray imaging proved the presence of a piece of wood in the upper part of Ramses II’s body — its mission was to stabilize and support his broken neck.

https://antikforever.com/ramses_ii/

The Official Explanation — And Its Problems The website claims (as a hypothesis) that the fracture in Ramses II’s neck was caused by an accident during the mummification process.

“In this case, during the process of mummification of Ramses II, the head had to have been accidentally separated from the body.”

Strange! The ancient Egyptians were highly skilled in the mummification process. How can such an interpretation be accepted — especially since this was the body of a pharaoh who considered himself a god, meaning his body would have received all care, attention, and honor?!

The Name Haman Found in Egyptian Inscriptions

Perhaps It is Another Coincidence? The name Haman — the favored one of Moses’ Pharaoh — was found engraved on a tomb column dating back to the New Kingdom — 19th/20th Dynasty.

Underwater Discoveries at Nuweiba — Chariots and Bones

Discoveries in the Sea Between Nuweiba and the Saudi Bank In the depths of the sea between Nuweiba, Egypt and the opposite Saudi bank, the following were discovered:
  1. Human bones
  2. Horse bones
  3. Remains of Pharaonic chariots of the 4-cubit, 6-cubit, and 8-cubit type

James K. Hoffmeier — Archaeologist and Professor of Old Testament and History, Trinity College “During the 19th and 20th Dynasties, the chariots used were mostly of the 6-cubit type — as an example we find this type in the royal chariots of Seti I, Ramesses II and Ramesses III. During the reign of the latter two, 4-cubit chariots were used, driven by foreign warriors. In the area of Ramessesid rule, traces of a few 8-cubit chariots were found, driven by Hittites, whose chariots are known to be of the 6-cubit type.”

The Fractures — Neck, Spine, and Toes

The Full Extent of the Fractures on the Mummy of Ramses II The results of the radiographic examination of the mummy of Ramses II proved the presence of:
  • Fractures in the spine — between the 6th and 7th vertebrae
  • Fractures in the toes of his right and left feet
  • The broken neck — already addressed above

The official claims:

  • The neck fracture — claimed to be caused by an accident during mummification
  • The spinal fracture — claimed to be caused by the closing of the coffin lid
  • The fractures in both feetno explanation offered

What is the real reason that made the body of the pharaoh who claimed divinity in this miserable state?

The Answer to the Skeptics The alarmists will say: thousands of mummies — from Pharaonic and Inca civilizations — are still perfectly preserved as if their owners died only yesterday, so what is the miracle in the mummy of Ramses II?

The effects of fractures and sea sand are destroying their illusions and dreams.

Two Great Miracles of the Holy Qur’an — Reminder

First Miracle — The Drought and the Exodus from Pi-Ramses

Surah Al-A’raf (7:130) “And We seized the family of Pharaoh with years and loss of fruits that perhaps they would be reminded.”
Historical Confirmation The kingdom of Pharaoh Ramses II was exposed to a devastating drought that forced the Pharaoh’s family to leave the capital Pi-Ramses towards a new city called Tanis.

Second Miracle — The Ebur Manuscript

Surah Al-A’raf (7:133) “So We sent upon them the flood, locusts, lice, frogs, and blood as distinct signs, but they were arrogant and were a criminal people.”
MJRAVEN — Egyptologist and Curator of the Leiden Museum, Netherlands (at 04:02) “The Ebur Scroll dates back to the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II.”
The Biblical Exodus Timeline Demolished The video clip discusses the ten plagues mentioned in the Book of Exodus — but with the presence of material evidence such as the Ebur Scroll, the biblical story of the Exodus is demolished.

Christians claim the Exodus took place in the 15th century BC — while Ramses II lived during the 13th century BC.

The material evidence does not support the Christian timeline — it supports the Qur’anic account.
