Debunking the Myth of _Adult Breastfeeding_ in Islam(Revisited

The majority of scholars and the imams of the four schools of thought agree that breastfeeding a child who has exceeded two years of age does not affect the prohibition of marriage to the woman.

2⃣ As for ummul momineen Aisha’s divergence from this consensus, it was regarding the breastfeeding of a child who exceeded two years of age, not an adult man as the liars propagate.
For Aisha herself narrated from the Prophet ﷺ the hadith: “Breastfeeding is only from hunger,” meaning that which satiates the child and quenches their need. Thus, it is not rational that she would narrate this and then issue a fatwa allowing the breastfeeding of a grown adult man.

3⃣ And this is evidenced by what Muslim narrated from the dialogue between Umm Salamah and Aisha, which clarified that the dispute was only the breastfeeding of infants after the completion of two years, and not regarding the breastfeeding of adults.

4⃣ As for the narration of Sahla bint Suhayl, it pertains to a specific ruling regarding Salim, whom she raised in her household since his childhood, to alleviate the discomfort of his entry to her presence after reaching puberty.
The Mothers of the Believers, the Companions, and the majority of scholars unanimously agreed that this was a specific ruling for Salim, which ceased to be applicable at that moment and cannot be understood or applied as a general ruling.

5⃣ There was nothing in Salim’s breastfeeding that resembled the sick imaginations of Christians, atheists, or those who follow in their footsteps among the secularized Muslims.
Rather, his breastfeeding was from a separate container from which he drank without touching Suhaila or even seeing her.
It is unthinkable that seeing her hair or limbs would be forbidden to him, causing an issue, while seeing her chest or touching her would be permitted.

6⃣ And no consideration is given to the anomalous statements reported from some later scholars in the modern era, especially when it is known that they retracted them and no longer uphold them.
